key Responsibilities

1. Sales Growth

  •  Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the events industry to achieve revenue targets.
  •  Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, proactively seeking new business
  •  Prepare and present proposals and quotations to prospective clients, tailored to their unique event requirements.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand the specific needs of clients, ensuring that our event solutions meet their expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning and execution process.

3. Event Planning and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the event planning and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with clients to define event goals, objectives, and requirements, and ensure they are met to the highest standard.

4. Market Research and Trends:

  •  Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to remain competitive and offer innovative event solutions.
  • Gather feedback from clients and provide insights to improve our services and offerings.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress towards targets.
  •  Generate regular reports on sales performance and client satisfaction.

Short Description

As an Events Customer Relationships Manager, you will be responsible for driving
sales and fostering strong, lasting relationships with our clients in the events industry. You will serve
as a crucial link between our clients and our company, ensuring that their event needs are met and
their expectations are exceeded.


  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals,
    technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business
    correspondence, and procedure manuals in English.
  •  Arabic is an Advantage


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  •  Proven track record of sales success, particularly in the events industry.
  •  Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  •  Knowledge of the events industry, including current trends and best practices.
  •  Good understanding on CRM systems
